It is a requirement of NesdaTrak that a minimum of three modules must be initially purchased and maintained. Although the software contains all available modules, it is set up to reconfigure itself in order that you only see information pertaining to the number of modules you have purchased. No confusing screens! You have the option to change the types of modules within your contracted number purchased. You may also purchase additional modules for $100.00 each. Note: With the purchase of additional modules, it is necessary to adjust the Maintenance Contract accordingly.
We strongly believe in the need to back up data, financial information, customer/client records, etc. A feature of NesdaTrak is in the ability to back up data to our own secure servers. Through the use of a ZipFile, data can be uploaded quickly and safely. This ensures that, should your data on your own PC ever be lost or damaged, we are able to retrieve your confidential records and set you up again with data as current as your last submitted backup.
Once registered as a client, updates are FREE and available for download over the Internet. We automatically notify all registered clients when updates are released.
It is recommended that you do have access to the Internet. Aside from being able to back your data up as explained above, updates are downloadable over the Internet. The use of this method of backup also allows us to see and troubleshoot any problems that occur with your data files.
